Kathy Medley Sixbey, a two-time All-AIC women's basketball player is currently the fourth-leading scorer in Southern Arkansas history as she amassed 1,416 points in 104 games played from 1990-1994. Medley Sixbey scored over 300 points in three of her four seasons and scored over 400 points in the 1991-92 season. The lone year she did not score 300 points, Medley Sixbey fell five points shy as she finished with 295 points in the 1993-94 season.
