Southern Arkansas University Athletics

Johnny White, a two-sport standout at Southern Arkansas is among a select number of student-athletes at SAU to earn all-conference honors in two sports. A four-year letterman in both basketball and baseball, White played on the AIC Basketball Championship team in 1971. In baseball, White received All-AIC plaudits in 1974. After his time at SAU, White went on to serve as the Director of Athletics at Cabot Public Schools from 1976-2011. During that time, White also served as coach for several sports at Cabot, of which he received honors and awards.
