Southern Arkansas accounts for 67 total top-ten placements at SIU Don DeNoon Invitational

CARBONDALE, Ill. – Head Coach Tim Servis and his Mulerider club traveled north towards Carbondale, Illinois for the Don DeNoon Invitational hosted by Southern Illinois University on Saturday (Feb. 17). This meet for Southern Arkansas marks the final indoor regular season meet for the crew with the exception of any runners who met a provisional mark set by the NCAA for Division II.

SAU made the journey up north with 46 total athletes (22 women; 24 men). By the end of the day, the Muleriders accounted for 67 top-ten placements (38 women; 29 men) and 36 top-five placements (24 women; 12 men). Also placing top-five of the sprint was Wil'Lexis Beaver in fourth with her time of 8.07 and Tiffany Wiley in fifth with her time of 8.19.
