The Mulerider Men enter the conference championship with two sprinters holding the top times in their respective events.
Daymien Smith is tops in the league in the 100M with a NCAA DII provisional qualifying time of 10.51 set at the Carl Kight Invite on April 13.
Bryson Johnson leads the league in the 200M with a NCAA DII provisional qualifying time of 21.20 set at the Little Rock Invitational on April 6. Both times are the only DII PQT in those events in the GAC.

Bryson Johnson hold top five 100M times in the GAC and
Travon Johnson holds a top five time in the 200M.
Carter Cheek's 14.58 in the 110 Hurdles at the Little Rock Invitational is currently the fourth-fastest time in the league.
The 4x100 relay team of Johnson, Johnson, Smith and Way have posted the fastest such mark in the league this spring with a 41.05 at the East Texas Quad.
Derrick Onyeador holds top five GAC marks in the high jump (6' 2") and the long jump (22' 1'), while
Keith Smith (2nd - 45' 9.25") and
Chauncey Blake (4th - 43' 7.25") rank inside the league's top five in the triple jump.
In throws,
Ja'Kamron Zackery ranks in the top three in all disciplines and leads SAU in the discus (2nd - 162') and hammer (3rd - 163' 8").
Trevon Hill holds the second-longest shot put this spring at 50' 6.75" and ranks fifth in the javelin (160' 7").
Traveon Scott is fifth in the GAC in the shot put (47' 11.25"), discus (146' 10") and hammer (156').
Jeremy Jackson is the program's leading decathlete this spring with a 5,163-point performance at the Carl Kight Invite which ranks fifth in the GAC.
Additionally, the Mulerider Men hold 19 other times/marks in the GAC that rank between sixth and eighth place heading into this weekend's championship.

Jordan Collins carries the GAC's second-fastest 200M (24.36) into the championship and holds the top time in the 400M (57.03).
Kamrin Hooks' 24.96 at the Carl Kight Invite is the third-fastest 200M result in the GAC this spring and her 58.74 in the 400M at the Little Rock Invite ranks fourth.
Kaliyah Thompson and
Rozlyne Manor each hit 14.79 in the 100 Hurdles at the Carl Kight Invite; the fifth-fastest time in the event in the GAC this season.
The 4x100 relay team of Tyla Berry, Hooks, Collins and
Sa'Moriya Walker hold the second-fastest such time in the GAC this spring at 47.00 which stands as the fastest ever under Servis. The 4x400 relay of Collins, Manor, Hooks and Walker ran a 3:57.80 at the Carl Kight Invite which is currently the second-fastest time in the GAC this season.
Alexis Matlock's 5' 4.25" in the high jump ranks second, while
Diamond Brunn's 18' 8.5" in the long jump is currently third.
Issah Traylor ranks third in the triple jump among GAC foes with a mark of 37' 0.5" and
Breyonna Steward follows in fourth at 36' 11.5".
Kailyn Thomas and
Irieyanna Wilson are first and second, respectively in the hammer event. Thomas leads at 167' 10" and Wilson follows at 155' 6". Thomas ranks third in the GAC in both the shot put (42' 7.5") and discus (142' 8") and Wilson ranks second in the shot put (43' 4.5").
Anaya Ervin, the program record holder in the heptathlon, broke the record at the Carl Kight Invite with the third-most points in the GAC this season at 4,301.
Additionally, the SAU Women hold nine other times/marks in the GAC that rank between sixth and eighth place heading into this weekend's championship.
