MAGNOLIA, Ark. – As the home slate for Mulerider football gets underway, Mulerider Athletics is proud to announce Military Appreciation & Heroes Day on September12, 2026, for Mulerider Football's contest against the Southern Nazarene Crimson Storm inside Wilkins Stadium at Rip Powell Field. The day will be used as a way to recognize those who have and continue to put their lives on the line day in and day out for the sake of our safety.
Mulerider Athletics will be granting all past and present first responders and military free admission to the game with valid identification.
"This will be much more than a football game for us. As we recognize the 25th anniversary of September 11, we want to remember those whose lives were lost, honor the first responders and military members who have answered the call to serve, and express our gratitude to the men and women who continue protecting our communities and our country today," said Director of Athletics Steve Browning. "As our nation also celebrates 250 years of America, we believe this is a special opportunity for Mulerider Country to come together to remember, honor and celebrate the freedoms we are blessed to enjoy."
