MAGNOLIA, Ark. – As the Muleriders prepare to kick off their 2026 campaign in just 16 short days, the American Football Coaches Association (AFCA) released their preseason Division II Coaches Poll.
 
The Muleriders appear on the list as receiving votes with 14 total. This will mark the fourth year in the row that the Muleriders begin the season receiving votes in the preseason poll with all four coming under Head Coach Brad Smiley.
 
Also appearing on the list from the Great American Conference (GAC) are, Harding (#2), Ouachita Baptist (#24), and Henderson State (RV).
