MAGNOLIA, Ark. – The Southern Arkansas Men's Basketball team has announced today the release of the full 2026-27 schedule.
 
Logan Quinn returns to Magnolia after a stint in the NBA G-league and will take over the reigns of the program once again looking to improve on last year's mark and continue his previous success with the program.
 
The non-conference slate for the Muleriders this year consists of Mississippi College (Nov. 10), University of Central Missouri (Nov. 13), UAFS (Nov. 14), Christian Brothers (Nov. 20), Alabama Huntsville (Nov. 21), and West Alabama (Nov. 24). The Muleriders will not play a home match until November 24th when they host West Alabama.
 
The Great American Conference slate will begin on December 3rd as the Muleriders host UAM. The pre-Christmas slate for the Muleriders consists of three road contests at Arkansas Tech (Dec. 5), Ouachita Baptist (Dec. 10), and Harding (Dec. 12). SAU will close out the pre-Christmas schedule against Henderson State on (Dec. 17).
 
SAU will resume play on January 2nd as they play host to Ouachita Baptist University followed by home games against Northwestern Oklahoma State (Jan. 7), and Southwestern Oklahoma State (Jan. 9). The remaining schedule for GAC play is as follows, at Oklahoma Baptist (Jan. 14), at Southern Nazarene (Jan. 16), vs Southeastern Oklahoma Sate (Jan. 21), vs. East Central (Jan. 23), at Southwestern Oklahoma State (Jan. 28), at Northwestern Oklahoma State (Jan. 30), vs Southern Nazarene (Feb. 4), vs Oklahoma Baptist (Feb. 6), at East Central (Feb. 11), at Southeastern Oklahoma State (Feb. 13), at UAM (Feb. 18), vs Arkansas Tech (Feb. 20), vs Harding (Feb. 25), and at Henderson State (Feb. 27).
