SEARCY, Ark. — Outdoor competition is underway for Mulerider Track & Field, as the group completed action at the Stallion Transportation Harding Bison Invitational.
In the meet, Southern Arkansas' Women saw 11 top-ten finishers with six top-five finishes and one first-place spot. The Mulerider Men ended up accounting for 14 top-ten finishes, which included seven top-five finishers and a first-place mark.
Mulerider Women
With three top-five spots claimed by the Muleriders, the women's long jump group had an outstanding outing, as Carmin Tolliver placed fourth with a 4.95m (16' 3") mark, Bree Kirk finished in third with a mark of 5.02m (16' 5.75"), and Diamond Brunn went on to claim first-place with a distance of 5.72m (18' 9.25"), which ended up being at least a foot further than the remainder of the competition.

Claiming a first-place spot in the long jump was Christian Johnson, as the junior recorded a distance of 6.65m to win the event, while also marking the second Mulerider to win the long jump on the day. In the triple jump, junior Chad Blake recorded a top-three mark, as the local of Rosston, Arkansas finished in third with a leap of 14.40m (47' 3").
