EL DORADO, Ark. – The Southern Arkansas University Men's Golf team finished day one of the Arkansas Collegiate in second trailing only Harding who sits atop the leaderboard after the first two rounds of play.
 
Jett Stephenson leads the way for the Muleriders currently as he sits in third place at +7 over par. Stephenson recorded four birdies through two rounds of play today. Carter Bell and Collin Spangler also sit comfortable inside the top 10 of the leaderboard. Carter Bell finishes his first two rounds tied for sixth overall at +10 over par. Bell also recorded four birdies today. Collin Spangler sits in fifth after two rounds at +9 over par with four birdies on the day. Luke Cote finished day one tied for 48th at +20 over par while Stewart Druin finished tied for 58th at +23 over par.
 
Will Blake who is competing as an individual for the Muleriders finished in 79th at +38 over par after his first two rounds.
 
The final round of the Arkansas Collegiate will begin tomorrow, March 24th at 8:00 a.m.
