EDMOND, Okla. – The Southern Arkansas University Men's Golf team recorded a top 10 finish at the Oak Tree Invitational finishing 9th out of 17 teams in the event. Due to weather the tournament was cut down to only two rounds and the Muleriders finished at +53 over par with 613 total strokes.
Luke Cote was the top finisher for the Muleriders tying for 6th place at +6 over par with 146 total strokes. Cote recorded rounds of 71 and 75 to finish sixth while having seven birdies for the tournament.
Stewart Druin was the next highest finisher for the Blue and Gold tying for 47th at +15 over par with 155 total strokes.
Carter Bell finished tied for 52nd at +16 over par with 156 total strokes.
Collin Spangler also finished tied for 52nd at +16 over par with 156 total strokes.
Jett Stephenson rounded out the field for the team scores tying for 85th overall at +25 over par with 165 total strokes.
Will Blake competed as an individual for the Muleriders and finished tied for 82nd at +24 overall with 164 total strokes.
