MAGNOLIA, Ark. – The Southern Arkansas University Men's Golf team is saddled for their home tournament as they host the Arkansas Collegiate Monday, March 23rd and Tuesday, March 24th. The tournament will take place at Mystic Creek Golf Club in El Dorado, Arkansas.
The event is scheduled for three rounds with a shotgun start at 8:00 a.m.
The Muleriders' lineup for the event features
Luke Cote,
Stewart Druin,
Collin Spangler,
Carter Bell, and
Jett Stephenson.
Will Blake will compete in the tournament as an individual.
The Muleriders will look to improve upon their second-place finish at the event last season. Last year, Logan McDonanld won the event but three other Muleriders on this year's team recorded top 25 finishes including
Will Blake (17th),
Luke Cote (T19th) and
Jett Stephenson (T24th).
This year's field will consist of 15 teams including, Central Missouri, Rogers State, Southeastern Oklahoma State, Southern Arkansas, UT-Tyler, Delta State, William Jewell College, Northeastern State, Henderson State, Tyler Junior College, UAM, Harding, Pittsburg State, East Central, and Texas A&M Texarkana.
