Five Members of Mulerider Football Named to CSC Academic All-District Team

GREENWOOD, Ind. – The College Sports Communicators (CSC) has released its Academic All-District Football Teams on January 6th. The honor recognized some of the nation's top student-athletes for their combined efforts on the field and in the classroom. This season, Mulerider Football records five members on the team, as Casey Cobb, Dylan Crippen, Kendrick Juniel, Hayden Nitz, and Adam Parker were all named to the Academic All-District Team presented by College Sports Communicators.
 
A native of Farmersville, Louisiana, Cobb is named a member of the CSC Academic All-District Team. Cobb graduated with a degree in Business Administration: Finance and Financial Analysis in December with a 3.97 GPA. The senior defensive end totaled 25 tackles, five tackles for loss, five sacks, and one safety while also having three quarterback hurries. Cobb was also named to the Second Team All-GAC defense following the season.
 
Crippen, a native of Cypress, Texas, is named a member of the CSC Academic All-District Team. Crippen is pursuing a graduate degree in Business Administration. And currently has a 3.72 GPA.  The Senior offensive lineman played in 10 games this season for the Muleriders.
 
A native of Bearden, Arkansas, Juniel is named a member of the CSC Academic All-District Team. Juniel is pursuing a degree in University Studies during his time at SAU and has a 3.6 GPA. The Junior linebacker led the defense with 65 total tackles this season while also totaling four tackles for loss, three sacks, one interception, two pass breakups, two quarterback hurries, and one fumble recovery. Juniel was also named to the Third Team All-GAC team following the conclusion of the season.
 
A native of Frisco, Texas, Nitz is named a member of the CSC Academic All-District Team. Nitz is pursuing a degree in Exercise Science while pursuing the pre-professional pathway and has a 3.95 GPA. The Junior kicker was 5-11 on field goals with a long of 44 yards and a perfect 38-38 on extra point attempts this season.
 
Lastly, Adam Parker, a native of Natchitoches, Louisiana, is a member of the CSC Academic All-District Team. Parker is pursuing a degree in accounting and currently has a 3.89 GPA. Parker played in 11 games this season, going 43-78 passing for 341 yards and two passing touchdowns. Parker also totaled 43 attempts for 263 total yards and two rushing touchdowns with a long rush of 61 yards.
 
The 2025-26 Academic All-District Football Teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the court and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America program separately recognizes honorees in four divisions – NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III, and NAIA.

Academic All-District® honorees were considered for advancement to the CSC Academic All-America® ballot. Student-athletes selected as CSC Academic All-America® finalists are denoted with an asterisk and will advance to the national ballot to be voted on by CSC members. First-, second-, and third-team Academic All-America® honorees will be announced Jan. 13, 2026.
 
The Division II and III CSC Academic All-America® programs are partially financially supported by the NCAA Division II and III national governance structures to assist CSC with handling the awards fulfillment aspects for the 2025-26 Divisions II and III Academic All-America® programs. The NAIA CSC Academic All-America® program is partially financially supported through the NAIA governance structure.
