MAGNOLIA, Ark. – The Southern Arkansas University Men's Basketball team has announced today their full 2025-26 schedule as head coach Mark Rutledge enters his second season at the helm.
The Muleriders get their season underway with an exhibition game against NCAA Division I Houston Christian in Houston, Texas on November 3rd. The Muleriders will then hit the road to Kansas to take part in the Central Region Challenge being played at Pittsburg State University as they battle with Winona State on November 14
th followed by Bemidji State on November 15
th.
The Blue and Gold then remain on the road for a contest at Rogers State University on November 22
nd. The Muleriders will then return to Magnolia for their home opener as they take on non-conference foe Mississippi College on November 25
th.
Their final road stretch of non-conference play comes as they take a trip to Dallas, Texas for a game against the University of Texas at Dallas on November 28
th followed by a game against Dallas Baptist University on November 29
th.
The Muleriders will begin a three-game home stand to open GAC play against Southern Nazarene on December 4
th followed by a contest against Oklahoma Baptist on December 6
th finishing the home stand off against Ouachita Baptist on December 11
th. The Blue and Gold will end their regular season play inside of the W.T. Watson Athletic Center against Arkansas Tech on February 28
th for senior night.
The home slate for the 2025-26 season showcases 12 home games with 11 of them being conference games.
