Mulerider Track and Field wraps up indoor season opener

PITTSBURG, Kan. — Mulerider Track and Field opened up its indoor season, as the group ventured to Pittsburg, Kansas for the Boo Rogers Multis and the Crimson and Gold Invitational, hosted by Pittsburg State.

The Muleriders saw action in the Boo Rogers Multis, as Southern Arkansas' top finisher for the Men's Heptathlon was Garrett Hughes in 11th, after the junior recorded 4,177 points in the affair. Other Muleriders to have competed in the multis included Anderson Colley, Kian McGhee, and Cameron Sliger.

Moving onto the Crimson and Gold Invitational, the Mulerider Women saw five top-15 finishers in the highly-competitive field.
