Shawnee, Okla. – Sophomore Logan Warren finished 16th in the 128-runner field at the 2022 GAC Cross Country Championships Saturday morning on the campus of Oklahoma Baptist University in Shawnee, Oklahoma.
Warren led the Muleriders in four of their five meets this season and led the Muleriders at the GAC race for the second year in a row. Her 16th-place finish at a time of 19:12.1 ties her finish at the 2021 GAC XC Championships and earns her All-GAC Second Team Honors in back-to-back championship meets.
Sophomore Dakota Cassidy (35th, 20:00.2) finished in the top-50 alongside sophomore Alyzah McGlasson (37th, 20:04.7) and junior Bronwyn Buchanan (48th). Buchanan's 20:27.5 finish represents her best race of the season.
Freshmen Ava Zindler (66th, 21:07.0) and Angel Redmond (78th, 21:34.6) recorded top-80 finishes while sophomore Victoria Cheney (101st, 23:00.8), freshman J'amie Brown (112th, 23:57.6) and senior Alyssa Solis (115th, 24:37.9) wrapped up the Mulerider women's showing.
