Russellville, Ark. – The GAC announced their picks for cross country runners of the week, and for the first time this season, a Mulerider is amongst the honorees.
Rob Kraus wins the honor for the first time in his collegiate career following his performance at the Bob Gravett Invitational where he finished second overall as the Mulerider Men claimed the team prize, their first win since the 2018 Lois Davis Invitational.
Kraus shaved off 90 seconds from his time at the season opener two weeks ago at the Lois Davis Invitational.
Kraus becomes the eighth different Mulerider to be named GAC Runner of the Week under head coach
Tim Servis; this is also the 15
th time a Mulerider has been Runner of the Week, third-most in the GAC.
The Muleriders finish off their condensed spring season next weekend at the GAC Championships in Weatherford, Okla.
