MAGNOLIA, Ark. — Mulerider Women's Tennis returned to the Live Oak Tennis Courts, and the Blue and Gold took on the Missouri Western State Griffons. Southern Arkansas fell to the Griffons with a final of 4-0, as the Griffons won their sixth-straight match. 

In doubles play, the Muleriders fell in two of the three matches, dropping line one 7(7)-6(3) and line three 6-2. Jolina Mass and Emilie Senepart defeated their foes with a dominant 6-0 win. 

The Griffons won the overall match after winning singles lines three, five and six. 

At line three, Isabella Lazzerini fell to Jevrosima Mitic by a final of 6-1, 6-2. At line five, Taylor Conway fell to Alejandra Ramirez Botella by a final of 6-2, 6-3. At line six, Victoria Perez fell to Ella Gates by a final of 6-0 and a forfeited second set.
