After the first series of the season against Pitt State got moved to Sunday Monday the Muleriders had a short week as they played Maryville Friday, Saturday of the same week.
 
>>> Wyatt Fielding still leads the team in batting average with a mark of .382. Fielding also hit his team leading fourth home run of the season in game two of the series against the Bison. Fielding also leads the team in doubles with five while sitting with a .882 slugging percentage.

>>> The Wonder Boys come into the matchup with a 4-7 overall record and 2-1 conference record. ATU won the series over the Bulldogs in walk-off fashion in the 10th inning by a final of 16-15. The Wonder Boys secured their first series win of the 2026 season with the win after falling in game one by a final of 11-2.
 
>>> The Wonder Boys had a tough start to their season going 1-2 at the Houston Winter Invitational followed by losing all four games of a series with Central Missouri. Since starting the season 1-6, ATU has gone 3-1 to arrive at their current 4-7 record.
