SEARCY, Ark. – The Muleriders dropped their third and final game of the weekend series to the Harding Lady Bisons in Searcy this afternoon. Harding shutout the Muleriders, scoring four runs on five hits while Southern Arkansas was held to just two hits throughout the seven innings of play. 
Harding took games one and two by walk off decisions (3-2 (8), 7-5), and completed their series sweet with the 4-0 win today. Southern Arkansas will open up home play on Tuesday, March 7 with a 3 p.m. game against Mississippi College at the Dr. Margaret Downing Softball Complex. 
Southern Arkansas Notes
*Haley Nillen and Mariah Hamiltion provided the only hits for the Muleriders with Hamilton's hit going for two bases.
*Sydney Ward fell to 8-3 on the season after her 5.0 inning outing where she allowed three runs on three hits. Baylie allowed the other Harding run in her 0.2 relief inning. Kate Faber took care of the final 0.1 inning where she faced just one batter.

*Madison Fraley led Harding hitting, going 2-2 on the day with one RBI. Catcher Chelsea Blanenship recorded two RBI on one hit with a stolen base. Hannah Jones accounted for the first Harding run in the first inning when she hit a solo home run. 
*Lily Tanski tossed all 7.0 innings for the Lady Bisons to ear her sixth win of the season.
