Russellville, Ark. – The SAU Volleyball team took to the court for the first time in 12 days when they played Arkansas Tech inside Tucker Coliseum. The Muleriders, who claimed their first victory of the season over the Suns in their last matchup, were not as fortunate to claim victory from the hosts, who claimed the victory in three sets.

Abby Bermudez and
Kenadee Poye each ended with four kills; Bermudez ended with a team-high .273 attack percentage.
Morgan Schuster recorded 14 assists and
Brianna Nipper recorded 12 digs while
Bailey Kirk notched eight digs of her own.
On her collegiate debut in the third set,
Carlin Whaley recorded her first kill.
The Muleriders close the regular season next week with a pair of home matches – Arkansas-Monticello comes to town on Tuesday before Harding closes the season on Thursday.
