BETHANY, Okla. – The Mulerider Baseball team fell victim to a pair of walk-off losses on Friday against Southern Nazarene in Great American Conference play. In the opener, SNU rallied from an 8-1 deficit through five and a half innings as they plated four runs in the seventh, one in the eighth and added the final two on a two-out, two-RBI single that won the Crimson Storm the game 9-8.
In the seven-inning affair, the Muleriders plated the tying run in the top of the seventh inning as a pinch-hit opportunity from
Zach Muldoon resulted in an RBI-single which plated
Brett McGee. A leadoff double by the Crimson Storm in the following half inning proved to be the winning run as a sacrifice fly gave the Storm a 7-6 win and the series.
