Brinklee enters her fourth season with Mulerider Volleyball and is a native of Springtown, Texas. She is the daughter of Chantal and Ricky Dauenhauer. She is the sister of Rebecca McCarver and Tarleton Brooklyn Gunter. Brinklee's undergraduate major at Southern Arkansas University is Health Administration. She is also minoring in Psychology.

2024 (Sophomore): Appeared in 24 matches and 82 sets, recording 26 kills on 146 attacks with a .014 hitting percentage. Added 20 assists, 20 service aces, and 240 digs. Recorded 1.0 block and 47.0 points, averaging 0.32 kills, 0.24 assists, 0.24 service aces, 2.93 digs, and 0.57 points per set.
2023 (Freshman): Appeared in 15 matches and 50 sets, recording 57 kills on 216 attacks with a .102 hitting percentage. Added 12 assists, 10 service aces, and 135 digs. Recorded 4.0 blocks and 69.0 points, averaging 1.14 kills, 0.24 assists, 0.20 service aces, 2.70 digs, and 1.38 points per set.
