Wells is entering his third season with the Muleriders

2025 (Redshirt Freshman): Played in nine games...Recorded 15 tackles with seven solo and eight assisted along with one TFL...Career high five tackles against East Central on 11/1/25...Recorded one solo sack for seven yards...Totaled two pass breakups

2024 (Freshman): Did not play...redshirt

Personal: Wells is a native of Bossier City, Louisiana and attended Parkway High School. He is the son of La'Chandra and Cory Wells and the brother to Kennadi Wells. In high school, Wells racked up the awards being named a two time All-District DB and two time All-Bossier Parish DB as well as being an All-Region selection and a 2024 Blue-Grey All-American selection. Wells has gotten it done in the classroom as a Mulerider as he is a 3.0 club member. During his time at SAU, Wells will pursue a degree in exercise science with an emphasis in strength and conditioning.
