ARKADELPHIA, Ark. – Mulerider Cross Country has begun, and the Blue and Gold did so with both teams finishing within the top three of their respective races. The unit made their second-straight trip to Ouachita Baptist's Bob Gravett Invitational.
 
The Mulerider Men finished in second place, as the unit was led by Joseph Uc with a 15:43.2 time, and finished in fourth place. Next up for SAU was another top-ten finish, as Jack Landrum came in at ninth after recording a time of 15:59.3. Three more Muleriders finished inside the top 25, with Hunter Pye finishing in 12^th (16:10.4), Charles Patton finishing in 17^th (16:34.1), and Landon Flies finishing in 25^th (16:56.0).
 
The Mulerider Women finished third at the meet, as the unit was led by Rylee Robinson in 10^th, as the junior recorded a finishing time of 19:21.1. One other member of the Blue and Gold finished inside the top 25, as SAU freshman Paige Orr recorded a 22^nd-place finish with a time of 20:32.3. Two other Muleriders recorded top-35 finishes, as Kailee Carr finished in 32^nd (20:53.5) and Sofia Sanderson finished in 34^th (20:56.4).

Southern Arkansas' next meet will be back home for the 16^th Lois Davis Invitational, with the Mulerider Women starting at 6:15 PM and the Men beginning at 7:30 PM.
