TULSA, Okla. – The Southern Arkansas University Women's Golf team concluded their first round of play today at the Great American Conference Tournament tied for 6th place as a team at +31 over par with 315 total strokes.
 
Isabel Marquez currently leads the team for the Muleriders as she finished her first round of play tied for 10th individually at +5 over par with 76 total strokes. Marquez recorded two birdies in her first round of play today.
 
Emma Hester currently sits tied for 12th at +6 over par with 77 total strokes after one round. Brianna Chamoun sits tied for 19th at +7 over par with 78 total strokes. Annie Rose is tied for 43rd at +13 over par with 84 total strokes. Jordyn Garner rounds out the field for the Muleriders tied for 50th at +17 over par with 88 total strokes.
 
Round two of the three-day tournament is set to begin tomorrow, Tuesday, April 14th at 8:00 a.m.
