MAGNOLIA, Ark. – The Southern Arkansas University Muleriders Women's Golf Team is set for their last regular season tournament of the year as they travel to Monkey Island, Oklahoma for the Spring Region Preview hosted by the University of Central Missouri at the Shangri-La Country Club. The tournament will be a three-day tournament beginning on Sunday, April 5th and concluding on Tuesday, April 7th.
 
 
The women are coming off their best finish so far this year placing tied for seventh place at the Arkansas Collegiate nearly a month ago. Emma Hester was the top finisher for the Muleriders at the tournament recording her first top 10 finish of the year tying for 9th place at +11 over par.
 
Emma Hester, Brianna Chamoun, Annie Rose, Isabel Marquez, and Jordyn Garner will all make the trip to Oklahoma for the tournament and compete for the team title.
 
The Muleriders will play in a competitive field including, Central Oklahoma, Oklahoma Baptist, Rogers State, Southwestern Oklahoma State, Central Missouri, UAM, Missouri Western State, Southern Nazarene, Harding, Wayne State College, SAU, Northwest Missouri State, Northwestern Oklahoma State, Fort Hays State, Missouri Southern State, Arkansas Tech, and Washburn University. In all, 17 teams will be at the event.
