MAGNOLIA, Ark. — Spring Break has come, and the Mulerider Women's Tennis team is set to get to work amongst its relaxation, as the Blue and Gold will head down south towards the gulf for three matches over the week.

SAU Notables
>>> The Muleriders look to have a bounce back outing, as Southern Arkansas has fell in its last two matches, both via sweeping. The Blue and Gold will have their first non-region contests since taking on Delta State at the start of March. The week also marks the final matches prior to beginning conference action.
>>> Continuing to lead the group in singles play is Taylor Conway, as the senior from Bixby, Oklahoma has an 8-4 record this season, but looks for her first win since being a part of the sweeping of Arkansas-Fort Smith back on March 8.
>>> In doubles, SAU's duo of Jolina Mass and Emilie Senepart lead the squad in doubles wins, as the group has a 7-5 record overall thus far.
Montevallo Notables
>>> The Falcons are coming off their second-straight loss in their second-straight ranked matchup, as Montevallo currently sits at 4-4 with a 1-3 record in the Gulf South Conference. All three losses in the GSC for UM come against ranked foes, with the group having lost to No.2 West Florida (1-6), No. 35 Valdosta State (1-6), and No. 6 Mississippi College (0-7).
>>> In singles action, Sophia Baillos and Anne Nevada Henriksen lead the unit in wins, both having four recorded and both 4-3.
>>> In doubles play, for overall record, the Falcons are led by Ella De Jesus and Anna Nevada Henriksen, as the duo has a 4-2 overall record.
West Florida Notables
>>> The Argonauts have been stellar up to this point, as West Florida ranks second nationally and is on a nine-match winning streak. In conference play, the group sits at 4-1, with their only loss coming against No. 15 Mississippi College (1-6). Since then, UWF has has beaten No. 20 UT-Tyler (6-1), No. 12 Midwestern State (6-1), No. 1 West Alabama (4-3), and No. 38 Lee University (6-1). Overall, West Florida is 12-4.
>>> Leading the team in singles play has been Guadalupe Martinez, as the junior has accounted for a 20-3 overall record this season, and is 8-0 in league play.
>>> The Argonauts top doubles team has been Guadalupe Martinez and Aline Midori Da Silva, with the group having a 15-4 record.
Spring Hill Notables
>>> The Badgers are searching for their first win of the month of March, as the group's last victory came at the end of February with after trumping Clark Atlanta 4-1. The unit is currently on a four-match losing streak. While the Badgers sit at 6-6 overall, the group is 5-1 in SIAC action.
