BENTONVILLE, Ark. — The Great American Conference unveiled its 2025 All-GAC honors for the league's softball program. Southern Arkansas made an impressive impact on the list as the group acquired two first-team members, one second-team member, and three honorable mentions. Five Muleriders were named the league's academic honor roll.
Headlining for the program's awards is Brinson Rogers, as the dominant right-hander from Statesboro, Georgia was named the 2025 Great American Conference Pitcher of the Year after accounting for 10 of the 13 Pitcher of the Week honors, and even claimed four National Fastpitch Coaches Association DII National Pitcher of the Week awards. The senior has already become one of the best pitchers for the Blue and Gold, if not the best, as she has broken at least two records to this point in the program with the single-season strikeouts (269) and shutouts record (18). She ranks among the best in the nation with her strikeouts placing her second in Division II and her shutouts leading the entirety of the NCAA. Including the two mentioned, Rogers leads the league in nearly every statistical category related to her position. After making her first impression on the league last year as the conference's Newcomer of the Year, Rogers stepped her level of play up enormously in her senior season.
Coach Jason Anderson also saw high praise and recognition at the evening's banquet, as the 11th-year head coach at Southern Arkansas University claimed his second Great American Conference Coach of the Year award after accomplishing a historic regular season for the Blue and Gold. Anderson led the team to the program's longest-winning streak at 27 wins a row and is one win away from a sixth 40-win season, and the first since the 2023 season.
First Team
Rogers was also awarded the title of an All-GAC First Team member with her performances this season. Alongside her, Regan Dillon was named to the list as a utility player. Dillon led the team in many categories such as home runs (12 | 5th GAC), on-base percentage (.478 | 4th GAC), runs (41 | 4th GAC), slugging percentage (.674 | 6th GAC), and walks (35 | 2nd GAC).
Second Team
Making the second team for the Blue and Gold was Sophia Stoddard as the team's catcher. Stoddard, up to this point, leads the Muleriders in batting average with .362. Behind the plate, Stoddard has been one of the most aware catchers for the league as she ranks second in the conference for runners caught stealing, with ten this season.

Making the Honorable Mention list for Southern Arkansas was left-handed pitcher Kassie Rhodes, shortstop Savannah Clausen, and centerfielder America Rubio.
