MAGNOLIA, Ark. – Grant Roosma earned his first Great American Conference Player of the Week honor this season for his performance this past week against Delta State and Henderson State.

The senior catcher from Austin, Texas went 8-for-12 (.667) at the plate. Grant started in all four games this weekend totaling three doubles, two home runs, 17 total bases, with two walks. In three of four games this week, Roosma had a perfect day at the plate (3-for-3, 2-for-2, and 3-for-3). Roosma was a big spark for the Muleriders this weekend powering them to a game-three victory with a home run to take the lead over the Reddies in the top of the seventh inning.
