MAGNOLIA, Ark. - The Southern Arkansas women's golf team is gearing up for their next challenge as they travel to Edmond, Oklahoma, to compete in the Diffee Ford Lincoln Invitational on Monday and Tuesday (March 3-4) at the Kicking Bird Golf Club.
The Muleriders' lineup for the tournament will feature Viviana Farias, Aubrey Marx, Taylor-Rose Hubbard, Emma Hester, and Brianna Chamoun.
In their previous tournament the Muleriders finished 15th overall with a three-round total of 982 (+118). Leading the team was Viviana Farias, who tied for 46th place with a total score of 240 (+24). Farias opened the tournament strong with a 76 in the first round before carding scores of 79 and 85. Aubrey Marx finished tied for 62nd with a 246 (+30), highlighted by an 81 in her final round. Taylor-Rose Hubbard recorded the lowest round of the event for the Muleriders, firing a 75 on the final day to finish at 247 (+31), placing tied for 65th. Emma Hester rounded out the scoring for SAU, finishing tied for 69th with a 249 (+33).
The Muleriders will tee off on Monday morning at the Kickingbird Golf Club.
