SAU Notables
>>> The Muleriders defeated the Arkansas Tech Wonder Boys in an instant classic in Russellville Monday night. The double overtime thriller was a huge character-building win for SAU as they fought for the whole game after ATU came back to tie the game with five seconds left in regulation to force extra periods. Junior Williams had another standout game with 18 points and 10 rebounds for his second double-double of the season. Currently, the Muleriders sit 5th in the league standings after winning and will look to carry their momentum into two big games this week. The double overtime winner was the last overtime game for SAU since defeating ATU in double overtime on February 25th, 2023.
