ARLINGTON, Texas - The Southern Arkansas Women's Tennis team dropped a hard-fought contest on Sunday to Division I Texas-Arlington.

The Muleriders (0-2) claimed the doubles point on Sunday after Lena Milosevic and Greta Wallin won 6-4 at No. 1 and the battle at No. 3 was claimed by Serena Gill and Simone Simas 6-4. 

Simas was the lone victor in singles play as she rallied at No. 5 for a 2-6, 6-2, 10-7 win. 

The Muleriders return to action on Friday, February 25 in Magnolia for matches with NJCAA #1 Tyler Junior College and Texas-Permian Basin.
