Magnolia, Ark. – Southern Arkansas Women's Golf will travel to Hot Springs to continue their season at the Henderson State Battle for the Belt on Monday, October 17 and Tuesday, October 18.

Coach Neriah Brown is entering his third season as head coach of the Mulerider Men's and Women's golf program. His 2022-23 women's team features three new faces in Anna Cain, Emma Hester and Aubrey Marx and four returning Muleriders in Aurea Carlisle, Chelsea Chow, Taylor Rich, and Kelsey Saveall.

Freshmen Hester and Marx have led the Muleriders in their first two tournaments of the year, with Hester placing 13^th of the 86-golfer field at the Central Region Preview and Marx finished tied for 15^th of the 83-golfer field at the NSU Women's Golf Classic. As a team the women have placed 14^th of 16 and 12^th of 15.
