MAGNOLIA, Ark. – The SAU Men's Tennis team earned their third-straight win and third Great American Conference victory of the season on Sunday afternoon with a 5-2 win over Oklahoma Baptist to improve to 18-4 overall.
The SAU Men, ranked #30 in Division II, saw sophomore
Stuart Rehfuss topple the 46
th-ranked individual player in the country in OBU's Kevin Andrusch 6-3, 7-5, while freshman
Alexandre Machaj picked up a hard-fought victory over the Bison's Andres Graterol in three sets 4-6, 6-2, 6-3.
Junior
Aleksandr Pokusaev's defeat of Rhett Rollins 6-0, 6-2 sealed the match win for SAU after the Muleriders laid claim to the doubles point earlier in the afternoon.
The Muleriders will play their third-consecutive GAC match as Harding comes to Magnolia on Tuesday, April 2 for a 2 p.m. start time from the Live Oaks Tennis Courts. Results will be made available following the match at
