DURANT, Okla. – The Southern Arkansas Lady Mulerider Volleyball team fell in four sets to Cameron on Friday afternoon inside Bloomer Sullivan Arena at the South Central Classic and will conclude play at the tournament on Saturday with back-to-back matches beginning at 10 a.m.

After suffering a tough four set loss earlier in the day to Dallas Baptist, the Lady Muleriders (1-3) battled back from two sets down to force a fourth set and would appear to be on their way to forcing a decisive fifth set before Cameron used an 8-1 run to climb out of a 15-11 deficit on their way to a four-set match win.

In their lone set win, Southern Arkansas was dominant using point runs of 6-2, 7-1, and 5-1 to stave off the Aggies attempt at a straight-sets victory.

Freshman right side hitter
Madi Pfeifer logged a career-high seven kills at an attack percentage of .235 and added three block assists in her collegiate debut, while classmate middle hitter
Bailey Cagle and senior outside hitter
Alexia Southern each went for six kills, while combining for seven blocks, five digs and five assists.

Senior right side hitter
Alli O'Banion logged five kills, five blocks and contributed seven assists, while freshman libero
Alana Perez recorded a dozen digs with sophomore defensive specialist
Whitney Brown collecting five digs. Ten different Lady Muleriders logged at least two assists in the loss.
