ARKADELPHIA, Ark. – The Southern Arkansas Lady Mulerider volleyball team dropped their second Great American Conference match of the season on Tuesday night as they fell to Ouachita in straight sets inside the Sturgis Physical Education Center in Arkadelphia.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- In her first collegiate start, freshman Seven Powers led SAU with eight kills and an attack percentage of .200 for players with at least 10 total attacks.
- Senior Serena LeDuff also added eight kills and five digs.
- Junior Savannah Pillow paced SAU with 27 assists, while senior Paige Mays produced a team-high 12 digs.
- Ouachita jumped out to leads of 5-1 and 9-4 in the first two frames respectively, while Southern Arkansas would not go away quietly in the third set as the Lady Muleriders came within on eat 15-14, before the Tigers pulled away late.
FOR THE OPPOSITION
- Ouachita averaged a .290 attack percentage and out-blocked SAU 10-4.
- Adrianna Nolly and Katie Camp led the Tigers with double digit kills as the two combined for 22 led by Nolly's dozen.
- Nolly recorded a game-high seven blocks, while Stormi Leonard and Tabatha Huckabee registered three apiece.
- Leonard produced a game-high 36 assists, while Ashley Wake led OUA with 23 digs.
