Si Blackshire was named the GAC Offensive Player of the Week after he set a new SAU single-game record for touchdowns thrown as he threw six (6) TDs in SAU's 62-21 blowout win over Northwestern Oklahoma.

Five of Blackshire's eventual six TD throws came in the first half alone as he helped give SAU a comfortable lead at the half.

Blackshire, who threw for a career-high 377 yards, would add 37 rushing yards as he accounted for 414 of SAU's 675 yards of total offense
