In her last three times on the court, senior outside hitter Alexia Southern has produced a double-double effort beginning with 14 kills and 15 assists in a four-set win over Mississippi College (Sept. 16). This past week, the Reno, Nevada, native recorded a season-high 17 kills and added 13 digs in a five-set loss to Ouachita, before following that effort with a dozen kills and a dozen digs at Henderson State. During that two game stretch a week ago, Southern hit .229 with a team-leading 29 kills and added three total blocks, one service ace and one assist.
