The Office of the President and the SAU Communications and Marketing Department are responsible for promoting and protecting the University's brand by ensuring proper usage of trademarked logos and approved designs and images. This page is designed to assist those who wish to learn more about Southern Arkansas University licensing process.
Collegiate Licensing Company (CLC) is SAU's official brand management partner. To become an official licensed vendor, which is required to reproduce SAU logos, visit
CLC.
SAU does not review applications until CLC has received and reviewed all the required materials in the licensing packet. SAU does not grant waivers for liability requirements as required by CLC.
The University retains the right to allow approved reproductions and one-time use of registered trademarks and brand logos by suppliers producing specialty products not available through licensed vendors to meet internal needs. Contact the Office of the President with inquiries at
