SPRING, Texas – The Southern Arkansas University Women's golf team finished their first spring tournament of the year as they wrapped up play at The Southern Invite. The women finished in 13th place in the tournament at +107 over par with 971 total strokes. As a team the Muleriders recorded rounds of +43 (331), +30 (330), and +34 (327).
Brianna Chamoun was the highest finisher for the Muleriders tying for 19th overall at +12 over par with 228 total strokes recording rounds of 78, 76, and 77. Brianna finished with three birdies and one eagle in the tournament.
Emma Hester was the next highest finisher tying for 59th at +23 over par with 239 total strokes recording rounds of 83, 76, and 80. Isabel Marquz finished in 72nd overall at +33 over par with 249 total strokes recording rounds of 83, 85, and 81.
Annie Rose tied for 75th at +39 over par with 255 total strokes recording rounds of 87, 84, and 84.
Jordyn Garner rounded out the field of Muleriders finishing in 79th at +56 over par with 272 total strokes recording rounds of 92, 93, and 87.
