MAGNOLIA, Ark. – The Southern Arkansas University Athletics Department announced today their department wide GPA for the fall of 2025. The department has set a new record this semester with a cumulative mark of a 3.37 GPA. Up from the previous mark of 3.29 in the Spring of 2025. This marks the second consecutive semester that all sports have finished with a team cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
 
290 student athletes finished with a GPA of 3.0 or higher. 105 athletes finished on the Dean's List for the semester (3.5-3.99) and 91 athletes finished on the President's List (4.0). 76% of student athletes finished the semester with a 3.0 GPA or higher.
