Alre'k Brown had an outstanding week as he averaged 16.5 points per game, 9.0 rebounds per game, and shot an efficient 65% (11-of-17) from the field. Additionally, Brown was solid at the free throw line, shooting 73% (11-of-15)
In limited minutes in SAU's 81-42 blowout win over Champion Baptist, Brown would score 10 points and pull down an easy five rebounds.
In SAU's 67-60 win over Northwestern Oklahoma, Brown would play 36 minutes and be the lone Mulerider in double figures with 23 points. In addition to the scoring, Brown was dominant on the glass as he hauled in 13 rebounds for his fifth double-double of the season. More impressive however was Brown's shooting at the free throw line as he went 9-of-11 from the stripe.
