Darren Crawford had one of the biggest plays defensively for the Muleriders as he had a 34-yard interception return for a touchdown against East Central.

The pick-six came two plays after SAU took a 14-0 lead. It also proved to be a very significant play because the Muleriders would have to hold off ECU and won by just a touchdown.

Crawford also had three pass breakups and totaled five tackles
