Anderson led Southern Arkansas for the second time in four races this season as she placed 165th of 381 runners at the competitive Chile Pepper Festival. The freshman from Katy, Texas, was the only Lady Mulerider to finish under the 20-minute mark and did so with a new season-best 5K time of 19:38.4. Her performance helped SAU log a new team-best 5K time this season with a final combined mark of 1:40:53.40.
