Garner tossed 10.0 innings over the weekend going the distance in a pair of run-rule contests. The senior collected 11 strikeouts and posted a 0.70 ERA, while holding opponents to a .147 batting average. She allowed just five total hits and three walks.

The Danbury, Texas, native pitched 4 2/3 innings of perfect softball, before a walk in the fifth inning of the season finale ended her perfect game bid. However, Garner finished with the ninth no-hitter in program history as she faced just north of the minimum.
