Jeffrey claimed a pair of triple jump crowns in Southern Arkansas' first two outdoor meets of the '17 campaign. Jeffrey posted a 47' 5 1/4" mark to win the event at the Marc Randle Classic and landed a 45' 2 1/4" jump to place first at the Central Arkansas Spring Opener. 

Jeffrey logged two top-10 finishes in the long jump with a 5th-place performance at the Marc Randle Classic (21' 9 1/2") and a 6th-place finish at the Central Arkansas Spring Opener (20' 2 1/4").

On the track, the Cedar Hill, Texas, native ran as the third leg of SAU's 4x100 meter team that placed second at the Marc Randle Classic with a time of 42.26.
