Kaylee Garner did not allow an earned run, tossed a shutout, struck out eight, and did not issue a walk in 10.0 innings of work as both of her starts were run-rule shortened affairs against East Central.
 
In her first start against the Tigers, Garner worked 5.0 innings, allowed just two hits and one unearned run.
 
In her second start, Garner secured her first shutout of the season as she limited the Tigers to just three hits (all singles) while striking out six.
