LAFAYETTE, La. – Sinclair Pitts reset his program record mark in the hammer throw event after he logged a fourth-place finish with a toss of 158' 8" on Friday afternoon at the Louisiana Classics.
Pitts topped his previous school record of 147' 2", which was set earlier this outdoor season at the Marc Randle Classic where he placed third in the event.
Quincy Flowers joined Pitts with a top-five finish in the 200 meter with a time of 21.67 in a highly-competitive field.
