MAGNOLIA, Ark. -  Days after capturing their fourth-straight Great American Conference Tournament Championship, the Southern Arkansas baseball team learned where they will heading for their eight-straight NCAA Regional Tournament appearance and who their opponent will be as the NCAA announced the six-team field for the 2015 NCAA Division II Central Region Tournament during an on-line selection show on Sunday night.
 
In the selection show, the Muleriders (39-16) were slated as the No. 4-seed team, setting up an opening game matchup with No. 3-seed Emporia State. No official game time has been set, but they two will play on Thursday, May 14.
 
SAU is one of two teams from the Great American Conference to reach the Central Region Tournament as GAC tournament runner-up Henderson State earned an at-large bid as the No. 6-seed team and will take on top-seeded and site host St. Cloud State. Minnesota State-Mankato and Missouri Southern round out the regional field and will take on one another in the No. 2-seed vs. No. 5-seed game.
