The Mulerider Club provides support for the Southern Arkansas University Department of Athletics through financial sponsorships and participation at athletic events. The support of the Mulerider Club creates endowments for the department, provides for facility improvements, and helps support the overall mission of assisting student athletes succeed on and off the playing field.
Members of the Mulerider Club meet throughout the year to hear updates on SAU athletics from the SAU administration and coaching staff .
Mulerider Athletics
The SAU men’s athletic teams, known as the Muleriders, compete in football, basketball, baseball, golf, track and fi eld, and cross country. In the women’s division, the Lady Muleriders compete in volleyball, basketball, soft ball, tennis, golf, track and field, and cross country.
